Cary residents, here’s a chance to beautify your yard with a FREE tree.

The Town of Cary, NC is giving residents free trees. This is an effort to add to the environmental health of the community by increasing the tree canopy. Residents of Cary may receive one tree per household per giveaway date, while supplies last.

When you register you'll select the tree that you'd like. Two species have all been claimed, but these three are still available at the time of this post:

🌳 Sweetbay Magnolia
🌳 American Snowbell
🌳 Swamp White Oak

Pickup will be at Cary's Arbor Day celebration on March 28.

A group of Flower Shuttle members led by Laura Riedy spent the day
Hosting a Flower Arranging Activity at the Raleigh Rescue Mission this past week. Men and women were delighted to have such a fun opportunity to create a pretty floral arrangement and share laughs with friends from the community. Many thanks to the Trader Joe's
On Creedmoor Road and Wake Forest Road for generously donating flowers for this joyful fun activity.

Many thanks to Whole Foods in Cary for donating a large car full of beautiful flowers that one of our flower shuttle volunteers delivered to Phoenix Nursing Center along with other memory care centers in our area. We appreciate all the flower donors in our community for sharing their florals with us and assisting in making needy
