Ok small companies...its safe to go back to group coverage. Key Elements have occurred within the law that now makes Major Medical an Add on As needed product. Combined with superior pricing, control and employer choice there is no reason a company of any size should not at least offer benefits. This Year we plan to make it happen with GOAL 1000
After 2014 small companies could not afford major medical for their employees. Now, Employer costs are the same or a bit lower than individual. Participation Guidelines have been aligned to allow employees who don't want benefits to get them elsewhere. Stay tuned for my next revolutionary post.
