So sorry to say, but plans are being made to close the Imurj Radio site😔
It truly was a blast curating the 1,793 recordings by 471 local NC musicians. So much undiscovered talent in the Old North State! Thanks to all the musicians who shared their music with our community!🎵🎧💃
If anyone would like to take over support, please send an email to [email protected]. Maintenance fees are about $2,000/yr.
It is a shame to lose this repository of NC art and music.

I'm primarily a digital artist, but I also love to animate and create traditional works using Prismacolor markers. Some of my artwork has won awards (such as a piece named "Self-Contained Forest" that won 1st place at the "Paint the Page" event in historical Cary) and I can design logos. Monsters are my favorite thing to draw and animate, and I'm constantly coming up with new ones! Some recurring creatures are even characters in stories that I've been developing.

Imurj is a collaborative art and music space in Downtown Raleigh, in the warehouse district, near Nash Square.
Imurj develops, promotes, educates, and empowers artists and musicians. Our 6,000 square foot underground space offers features to elevate artists at every stage of their career while enhancing their skills and exposure. Designed with the artist and fan in mind, our space allows patrons to create, perform, and engage through our cafe, bar, stages, gallery, gift shop, and production studio.
