ACT Supplemental Preparation in Rural Education
The ASPIRE program is designed to bridge deficits in rural high school students' performance on the ACT. The initial cost of the ASPIRE program is $165.
This is a cooperative initiative through NC State based in the College of Agriculture & Life Sciences. Through ASPIRE, students receive 30 hours of ACT instruction where they learn strategies and tactics to approach the standardized test and they take 4 full-length practice tests.
