Victim who never got service dog reacts to indictment of company president Mark Mathis was indicted in Wake County Superior Court on 42 counts of obtaining property by false pretense.

Bonded out.

**UPDATE** According to the great sleuth work by the Maxfield's he has already bonded out but has to be back for court tomorrow. He dropped that 50k fast. Would have meant more split amongst the 50 of us!

Lasted interview from WRAL as of a few minutes ago. They have been outside waiting to see if he bonds out.
