You’ve read you should drink lemon water, make a smoothie, work out, meditate, etc

Burnout weekends looked very different than my weekends now after burnout
I typically did one of 3 things:
- resented my plans
-late canceled
- said no to everything and isolated
My down time was lumpy with the goal of recharge that never happened
Leaving me feeling still exhausted and dreading Monday come Sunday night
Post burnout spark filled weekends are filled with things that fill my soul

-genuinely look forward to bringing my whole self to my plans

I had such a fun time at the herbal conference last weekend
I gave it to myself for my birthday
Being around herbalists always inspires me as does being around the plants- tasting, smelling, touching
My herbal dreams are becoming more clear and I can’t wait to double down on this green path to healing
Excited for 2 more herbal adventures in July!

We are taking back our time for magic
I hosted a women’s circle on Mother’s Day and women gave this to themselves as a gift
That speaks volumes to me.
They gifted themselves time to tap into themselves, gather in sisterhood, experience magic, and to let their voice and experience be witnessed.
The grind gestapo and the task masters have tried to rob us and they’ve been doing a good job.
They’ve done so well that we believe it’s normal to be exhausted, constantly busy, devoid of time for ourselves.
We think the mundane drudgery of the daily to do list is NORMAL and that life is devoid of magic, wonder, and connection.
This breaks my heart. I also believe it’s partly why we have such a surge in anxiety and depression among women.
I’ve seen and experienced how life can open up when we take back our time for magic, for what MAKES US FEEL ALIVE
I’m on a mission to guide women in taking back their time for magic. It was always yours, it’s just been stolen from under our noses and we’ve been gaslighted to believe otherwise.
I’m going to be sharing how I’ve started to slay these villains and taken time back for magic. I’ll also be introducing a program to help you do the same.
