Developed to support outreach and program goals, the database helps academic, non-profit, agency, and industry professionals share content that is both easily accessible and trackable.

Join us on Wednesday, June 24, at 1:30 PM ET for a webinar, "Inside the Average American Brain: A Path to Better IPM Communications," with speakers Kelsey Gosch and Michael Rozyne from Red Tomato.

In this webinar, the speakers will talk about how communicators contribute to the public understanding of IPM and sustainable farming by equipping them with communication tools for strategic framing. They will also create an understanding of framing, share the dominant mental models of farming held by the U.S. public, and present six general strategies for framing communications on IPM and farming.

Help support Lauren Turner, a master's student under the advisement of Emmanuel Torres Quezada at NC State, by participating in this survey on pest management experiences in the pepper industry. Please use the link below to access and complete the questionnaire, which will take approximately fifteen minutes.

Please distribute this survey to pepper growers and other pepper industry professionals in your network.

Please note that for Extension personnel, there are only two options provided for your role in the industry: Extension Agent and Extension Specialist. Please choose the role that aligns best, regardless of your Extension level appointment. 🎉 IPM Ambassador Spotlight 🎉

We are proud to highlight one of the recipients of our IPM Ambassador Travel Grant, Dr. Vilma Cooper!
The IPM Ambassador Travel Grant Program supports individuals who intend to speak at national and international conferences to advance the development, communication, and effective implementation of IPM strategies and technologies.
Vilma received the IPM Ambassador Travel grant in 2024 while pursuing her Ph.D at the University of Florida’s Medical Entomology Laboratory.
