Bittersweet is a terribly wonderful dessert and cocktail lounge with an all-natural, seasonal menu in downtown Raleigh. We expect some magnificent banter.
We are a place where you can get bourbon with your pie, champagne with your cake and Irish whiskey in your coffee. Our menu changes each season, with drink and dessert pairing specials offered regularly. We also have a full coffee menu—everything from cappuccinos to pourovers—with beans from our pals over in Durham, Counter Culture Coffee. Desserts are baked in-house by owner, Kim Hammer of bittyc

UPDATE: mirror is back!
It was returned with an extremely heartfelt apology in-person. We all make mistakes. We can also make the choice to apologize and make it better. No one has been banned. It’s never too late to do the right thing.
