Triangle Rowing Club

Triangle Rowing Club is a competitive youth rowing team for middle and high school students in Wake County and the greater Triangle area

Come join the area's ONLY youth rowing team! We are a co-ed rowing team that competes throughout the Southeast. The team is open to anyone between the ages of 12 and 18. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! If you're interested in getting in shape and having a great time, this is the team for you! You can try us out during our fall and spring Sneak Peek Weeks. PRACTICE SCHEDULE:

2026 US Youth Nationals Results

Women’s U17 crew managed to send an eight to an A final at nationals - a team first! Absolute milestone setting performance for the team. These athletes wrapped the season up as the 4th fastest Women’s U17 Eight in the nation!

Men’s U17 Eight advanced to semis in a field of 27 entries and ultimately tied the team record of 15th place!

IT’S RACE WEEK!

The boat trailer is loaded and headed on it’s way to Florida for the 2026 US National Championship Regatta. 22 of our athletes have been training tirelessly the past three weeks since qualifying to compete with the nations best and we are ready for some hard racing over the next few days.
