THIS is what loyalty, integrity, and friendship look like. Sincere gratitude to our friends across the state who attended the AAU Sports NC district meeting to vote Cyndy in for another 4 years as NC district sports director. The last pic: time of arrival home, and those coveted wristbands!
Countdown is on. AAU Karate National Championships will take place June 30 thru July 4. To prepare TBK Team will train 3 times a week, Tu and Th in regular classes, and Saturdays June 6, 13, 20, and 27, 10 AM - 11:30 AM. Satuday practices are open to any AAU Athlete who wants to tune up kobudo, kata, or kumite. Our "Road the the '26 nationals' is an AAU licensed event. No fee, open to AAU members ages 6 and up. Just show up ready to show your best.
