Y’all know what time it is! Blue Tape Walk Through in preparation for our closing next week.

Blue tape walk through also commonly referred to as New home orientation meetings are specifically for new construction homes.

During these meetings, buyers get acquainted with their new home, learning about all of the cool new features as well as check the home for any imperfections. We note these imperfections to make sure the home is in PERFECT condition at closing!
