We had a packed Tai Chi class today! 🎉

Every week, EmpowerMe Wellness leads a Tai Chi class designed to support physical and mental well-being. Participants enjoy benefits such as increased blood circulation, improved balance and stability, enhanced flexibility and mobility, greater strength and coordination, reduced stress, better focus, and a lower risk of falls.

Tai Chi’s gentle, mindful movements help promote confidence in daily activities while fostering social connection and a sense of community. We love seeing so many participants come together to move, learn, and support their wellness goals!

🎶 A heartfelt thank you to The Encore Singers for an unforgettable Memorial Day performance last night! "A Night at The Stage Door Canteen with Bob Hopefully". The Encore Singers brought music, memories, and smiles to The Willows at Raleigh. A favorite was when they dedicated their performance to Veterans and Veteran families and sang all the Armed Forces songs. ❤️🤍💙
