One of my favorite projects that we finished a few months ago! This is a multipurpose building. Our clients needed storage space but also wanted to be able to use it for entertaining while out enjoying their new patio done by Atlantic Landscape Group!

We are thrilled with how it turned out and we look forward to sharing more projects we have been working on!

We have been busy wrapping up a few projects. These two are at a townhome community here in Raleigh.

We try our hardest to save as much as possible when we do a project but unfortunately the demo on the original decks did not take very long. The owners are thrilled with their new decks, just in time for summertime entertaining!

Starting this Monday morning off with a framing inspection! We take care of all the permits and schedule routine inspections throughout the building process.

Derrick Wallace, with Atlantic Landscape Group, and I teamed up to make this side yard private and comfortable. Derrick installed a beautiful stone patio. If you have any landscape needs his website (http://atlanticlandscapegroup.com/files/landscapingcontact.html) will put you in contact with him!

We installed a 31’x10’ privacy arbor with hardware. The built-in bench with flower boxes will make this the place to be for any outdoor entertaining. While designing the arbor we wanted the gate to look as though it was part of the privacy screen. Carrying the same design throughout did just that.

As we are wrapping up presents and the end of the year, Newman Builders is excited for the projects 2021 will bring. If you have any ideas for you home, let us make it a reality. We provide free estimates and would love to get your project scheduled for the new year.

A fireplace brings warmth and reminds me so much of family.

The Seiferts wanted to add some classic farmhouse style to their family room and it turned out to be one of my favorite designs!

We added a custom made mantle surround with shiplap and crown molding. We were even able to reuse the marble that was in place. It added so much character to this room!

I think even Wilbur, the pig, approves!
