Gardening is good for the soul! Growing your own food not only saves money but it teaches patience, reduces anxiety, gives you a boost of vitamin D, and makes you happy overall! If I could give you any advice it is just to START! Throw some seeds in the ground, water them, and watch them grow! Do not think too hard about it! Just do it! @ Raleigh, North Carolina

Did you know that having plants in your home has amazing benefits?! They release oxygen into the air and take up the carbon dioxide, teach you compassion, patience, increase productivity, give the immune system a much needed boost, and add humidity back into the air (no one wants dry air which can lead to irritation in the lungs). Plants also have a sense of peace around them. Rather than constantly feeling as if you are rushing around, you can get the calming nature of the plants. Do research and determine what plants work best for you. @ Raleigh, North Carolina
