☀️School is almost out for summer, and our opportunity to collect traffic count data during school sessions is drawing to a close. Most school districts conclude in early June, leaving a narrow window for data collection amidst final exams and school closures.

We’re pleased to announce Melinda Seley, PE onto the Exult team! She brings over 10 years of professional engineering experience which focuses on traffic engineering and transportation systems management and operations. Melinda will be providing primary support to our TSMO/ITS Planning and Operations team, as well as, our Traffic Analysis team. With more than 4 years of specialized experience in signal design, signal timing and traffic operations, Chanlin will be a wonderful addition to our team in Raleigh! We are thrilled to welcome Kelly Nicholas, PE to our team! Kelly has over 20 years of diverse experience in transportation engineering, TSMO, and ITS planning. Having worked with a number of state and local agencies, Kelly’s excitement for transportation engineering is fueled by helping clients solve unique challenges and achieve their goals.

In her free time, Kelly enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and is most often found at the lake when weather permits! Glad to have you on the Exult team Kelly!

This week, our employee spotlight shines on Tyler Blang! Tyler is a Transportation Engineering Analyst in our Raleigh office.

When asked what he loves about engineering, Tyler said, "What I love most about engineering is being able to better our communities by providing solutions to challenging, real-world problems."
