Dedicated to the professional instruction of parkour and movement. An enso that is practiced within the Japanese calligraphy system.
It symbolizes strength, aesthetic, and enlightment. The enso is not separate, but plays a part in something greater. It is an expression of the moment. The composition itself denies perfection although seeking control, balance, and regularity. These are the values behind Enso Movement.

Join us this week balancing in this international fundraiser for mental health. Dozens of parkour athletes across the world will balance the equivalent distance of the Nullarbor Straight (91 miles) and is symbolic of the journey many people have to take for their mental health.
