Our crews have been busy in Charlotte on two exciting projects! A complete landscape renovation is currently underway at SouthPark Mall, owed by the Simon Property Group, while installation is wrapping up at the new Arhaus location just outside the mall.

The main entrance to SouthPark Mall is receiving a major transformation with new pavers, fresh plantings, and enhancements designed to improve both functionality and curb appeal. These upgrades will create a more welcoming and visually appealing experience for every visitor.

We can't wait to reveal the finished results -- stay tuned for the after photos 🌿

Our irrigation team worked hard this week at a new-construction home in the Fearrington Village neighborhood of Pittsboro, NC.

They wrapped up the installation of a brand-new irrigation system just in time for our enhancement team to install plant material today 🫧

She is routinely the first to arrive and maintains a level of quality that is difficult to match. Because of her dependability and skill, Amy is assigned to some of the company’s most demanding properties, including White Oak and Corbinton, where clients consistently praise her positive attitude and outstanding results.

On Friday, some of our Raleigh team participated in Tri Properties, Inc. annual Earth Day clean up at Imperial Center in Durham 🌿

Our team walked the properties, removed litter, and enjoyed contributing to a cleaner community. We're thankful for the teamwork and meaningful connections that contributed to a successful day!

We enjoyed handing out plants and herbs, connecting with customers, and networking with other local vendors throughout the event.
