My favorite new place to hike and play around with my camera. Minutes from downtown Raleigh and such a nice calming place, with mixed trail use. Great place to learn/ play on mtn bike. Trails connect to the Clayton River Walk and Neuse River. Limited parking. No bathrooms. FYI.

Situated in the middle of North Raleigh between Capital Bld and Falls Of Neuse Road- is this peaceful park. One of my favorites for holiday family pics.

Five miles of designated trails in the 237 acre park. Butterfly, bird and sensory gardens. Raleigh parks and rec- hosts some events: evening hiking and s’mores, learn about animals, overnight camping and fishing.

Perfect for trail running 🏃‍♂️hiking 🥾, pictures 📷, birdwatching 🦅
