Following the initial announcement of our acquisition of Bluehawk Consulting, we’ve been focused on ensuring a smooth transition for our newest team members and all TSGers.

We love remote work, but we really love our people. We had a blast at our recent team building events baking sweet treats, bowling strikes, go kart racing, and more. There was never a dull moment!

Join us this Saturday! Our very own Tyler (TJ) Evans, Account Manager and DEI Committee Co-Chair, will be leading the Juneteenth Festival in Apex, NC. Tyler started the event in 2021 and has been guiding the vision and planning of the event every year. The event celebrates the resilience of the African American community and honors the end of the darkest period in our nation’s past.

“Since I joined TSG last year as an Engagement Manager, I’ve had many great opportunities to develop as a professional while supporting consultants on their journeys with our clients. Taking part in our executive coaching program and serving as Co-Chair of our Pride Employee Resource Group has allowed me to quickly advance my leadership skills. I’m the first person consultants come to with questions, serving as a trusted resource and providing the most useful and up-to-date information. Because of these trusting relationships, I’ve discovered new ways for our consultants to receive the recognition they deserve for their top-notch skills and ideas. Outside of TSG, I’m a group fitness instructor at Spenga North Raleigh and love to help members set goals and build healthier versions of themselves. We teed up for a cause yesterday! Our Technology vertical hit the greens in sponsorship of the LifeConnections Golf Outing to help raise money for , a nonprofit that focuses on improving the physical and mental well-being of over 1,000 students and their families in the Durham public school system.

We’re excited to share our 2023 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion ( ) Committee. These employees help us show up authentically as we foster a workplace dedicated to .
