NC HOPE Program
HOPE was a federally-funded emergency rent and utility assistance program for 88 NC counties. The second round of the NC HOPE Program is funded by the U.S.
The program's goal is to provide housing stability and keep people safe at home during the pandemic. To date, HOPE has awarded more than $133 million in rent and utility bill assistance to North Carolinians statewide. Department of the Treasury Emergency Rental Assistance Program established by the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021. NCORR is a division of the Department of Public Safety.
