I'm excited to share that I've officially capped with eXp Realty. 🎉

For those outside the real estate industry, capping means I've reached the maximum amount paid toward my brokerage split for the year, allowing me to keep more of my commission while continuing to serve my clients at the same high level.

This milestone is a reminder that the brokerage model you choose matters.

The same effort.
The same clients.
The same closings.

But a completely different financial outcome.

When I joined eXp, I wasn't just looking for a brokerage. I was looking for a business model that aligned with my long-term goals, provided flexibility, and created opportunities for growth and ownership.

The best part of this job isn’t the closing.

It’s knowing the impact you made.

It’s knowing that when your clients felt discouraged, you helped them see possibilities. When they felt overwhelmed, you gave them confidence. When they were ready to give up, you helped them find the home that was meant for them.

I still remember telling them, “Trust me.”

I had just learned about a new community and felt it was worth a look.

That same day, we toured the home.

That same night, we were under contract.

Today, seeing their message and reading their kind words means more than they know. Not because of the sale, but because it confirms that I made a difference during one of the biggest moments of their lives.
