Dear Friends,
After almost 14 years of unforgettable meals and memories we have made the incredibly difficult decision to close Mandolin. This decision did not come lightly. Mandolin has been more than a restaurant — it’s been our creative home, our community gathering place, and an extension of our family. We are endlessly grateful for the love and support you’ve shown us over the years. From anniversaries and first dates to quiet weeknight dinners and vibrant Sunday brunches, you’ve made Mandolin part of your lives, and that means the world to us.
We want to thank our incredible team — past and present — who brought passion, talent, and heart to everything they did. And we want to thank you, our guests, for trusting us to nourish you, celebrate with you, and grow with you. This may be the end of one chapter, but it’s not goodbye. We look forward to what’s next and will be sharing updates in the months to come.

Wow! What an honor to be on the list with 29 other amazing restaurants and staples in the Triangle area! We appreciate all the support the community has given us the past 14 years of service. We look forward to all of the future memories we can foster between our four walls in the years to come!

One of our newest and inventive creations created by the talented Chefs here at Mandolin.
This is our Potato Gnocchi "Eggplant Parmesan". Smokey Eggplant, Fairytale Eggplant, Tomato-Eggplant Conserva, Tomato Sauce, topped with freshly grated parmesan and basil.

Back due to popular demand, we hope you join us as we celebrate everyone's favorite summer ingredient- Tomatoes! Our team at Mandolin has created an exquisite, five-course tomato menu for your enjoyment. Each course aims to capture the beauty and variety of tomato season in North Carolina. We will be featuring 8-10 different varieties from Mandolin Farm and other local growers!

There is nothing more refreshing than a cool and delicious salad on a hot summer day, agreed?
This is our Burrata Salad with grilled strawberries, charred snap peas, pea tendrils, frisse, pine nuts, herbed gremolata, and a buttermilk horseradish vinaigrette. A perfect blend of flavors all in one.

What we cannot source from our own farm, we proudly work with as many fresh and local suppliers as possible to bring you that full farm to table experience!
