Responsible for achievement of sales, controllable profit, and P&L performance. Working with the Branch Manager with the selling and service processes, in achieving sales goals. Drives sales and profits, supporting overall Branch performance.

Essential Functions:

Develops and increases sales revenue to meet assigned targets

Acts as a resource to re-sellers in contract opportunities and proposals

Assists with contract negotiations, closing the sale and developing marketing.

Assists with the planning of sales exhibits / presentations.

Coordinates and assists in leading sales meetings to include site.

Checks on competitive activity and develops new methods of obtaining new accounts.

Answers questions from clients and addresses complaints or concerns.

Assist in developing a budget and price estimate using standard models.

Establish and maintain on-going client relationships with the various parties to anticipate and resolve potential problems. Participate in site visits

Other duties as assigned.

SalesForce knowledge

Preferred/Required:
3 to 5 years sales experience in the construction/trade industry or any combination of equal education and experience.
Knowledge and Skills
Detailed knowledge of the construction industry.

We are looking for a forklift driver in the Raleigh area. Must have prior experience. Experience in shipping and receiving is a plus. This is a sit down forklift. Temp to perm position.
