My friend Frink called me back in November to let me know his grandparents were looking to downsize and move to the coast. I met with them the following day and after touring the home and discussing my strategy to selling their home, they let me know the listing was mine to lose. It took some time and a lot of work to get the home ready to hit the market. Within 7 days of being on market we had two competing offers and the home was under contract. The closed in less than 30 days and all parties involved could not have been any happier.
