Due to the weather, the center will be closed tomorrow, Friday, January 7th. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We hope everyone will stay safe.

This is what it looks like after the winter storms.

After 5 hours of my granddaughter (lol) clearing snow at both daycares, we will open tomorrow at 7:30 am.

We would first like to say thank you to all of our parents for being understanding with us closing due to this nasty weather we are having. Safety is our first concern.

Unfortunately we will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday, February 16th due to the ice and snow still coming to our area.

However, we will again be up all night monitoring the roads and weather to see if we can possibly open. Trust me if there is any way we can open safely, we will.

As Linh and I have said before, we try to make our decisions as soon as possible so you can plan for backup. What most people don't understand is that we try to wait to make our decision to see if the weather the news said is coming in really shows up. With that being said you need to know that Linh and I not only stay up all night, getting no sleep just to see if we can open so you can go to work.. We also go out on the roads and drive around to see if the roads are safe. So we just don't close just to have days off.

Unfortunately sometimes we can't give you several hours of notice that everyone would like for us too. Please be patient with us and hopefully this weather will be done by the end of this week.

If you must go out, please stay warm and safe.

I understand a lot of our parents will possibly be upset with us for some of our decisions.

Linh and I have been up all night monitoring the weather. Linh has been out since 4 am driving on the roads to see how they are. While they are cleaning some of the main roads, the back roads are terrible. While he was driving and water hits the windshield it is immediately freezing even with defrost on.

We are also concerned with the second wave of weather that is coming in that we would not be able to ensure that everyone would get home safely.

We hope that our parents will understand our decision.

We feel it would be safer for everyone if we close today, Monday, February 15th.

Currently we will open at 8 am. However we will be monitoring the weather all throughout the night and will make a decision if we will need to close. We will notify you as soon as possible.

We have been monitoring the weather and roads all day. The main roads seem clear at the moment. However, our parking lot is a solid sheet of ice even after putting salt on it.

We are trying to see if we can find someone who can clear the parking lot at the daycare but have had no luck.

We are asking if we were to be able to open tomorrow, Friday, February 12th, who would bring their children.

We will make a final decision if we are going to be open or closed by 10 pm tonight.

After monitoring the weather, I feel that it would be a safety issue for everyone if we open . With the amount of sleet and freezing rain that we are suppose to get, we feel this is the best decision.

We will be closed on Wednesday, February 10, 2021.
