Due to staffing issues we are currently not answering the phone most lunch times. We apologize but all restaurants are going through the same staffing shortage at this time.

It is the 22nd anniversary of the opening of the current facility. For those who remember, the old location under the city parking ramp was taken by the city under eminent domain on May 31 1997 in order to demolish the ramp safely. Almost six months later on Nov 22 of that year it reopened. The Kewpee has been in continuous operation (except for those 6 months) for 93 years now. If the good Lord is willing, it will celebrate 100 years in 2026.
