Splash and Dash Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) the holds the Polar Plunge at North Beach in Racine, Wisconsin.
The event raises money for H.A.L.O., Racine County Food Bank and the Hospitality Center. Every year on January 1st people gather to have some fun, prove their winter-worth and donate to the needy. Starting out at a local pub is the routine of many, some in crazy costumes, some still in their New Year's Eve tiara. Many bring in cash from people who signed their pledge sheets while others have canne
