The City of Racine is partnering with the Racine Literacy Council to offer affordable computers and free digital literacy training to qualifying households within the City of Racine. A staff member will confirm eligibility before enrollment. Once training is completed, participants will receive their device for just $10 plus processing fees.

Requirements:
• Live in the City of Racine
• Meet income eligibility guidelines
• Not own a computer (or own one 5+ years old)
• Complete free digital skills training
• Limit of 1 device per household
