Ionic Detox- Can help assist the body in letting go of toxins. Yes our body naturally detoxes, but if the lifestyle is not healthy, the body can’t do its job properly. Fun fact: You have 2000 pores on the bottom of each foot! And each person’s water is different. For those that are skeptical….have you ever put Vicks or pure peppermint oil on the bottom of your feet when you have a cold or aren’t feeling well? It works, because on the bottom of your feet there’s a place where your lungs are in reflexology.

Oxygen Bar- Most of us don’t use the full capacity of our lungs. We are stressed out and don’t belly breathe. So it’s all short upper chest breaths. When you relax and get all the oxygen, you might feel a little lightheaded😂. Those that have had headaches or migraines have felt relief after 20 min session.

Infrared sauna- An infrared sauna is not like a traditional sauna. This feels like a big warm hug.
It’s great for relaxation, detoxing, injury recovery, weight loss, cellular health, muscle stiffness, blood pressure reduction, and so much more.
