Our children have moved from a “play-based childhood, to a phone-based childhood”... Screens in small doses aren’t the enemy. But when they become your default and a quick fix daily, quiet changes start to occur in our children’s brains, bodies and behavior.

So, if you’re feeling overwhelmed by screens or just exhausted from trying to figure it out - take a breath. You are not alone.

You can reclaim your connection with your children and balance the positives of our digital world. Our trainer and author, Kirsty Nolan, MS, shares how in her book, "Rebooting Childhood." Get your copy today: https://a.co/d/0hyZQ6GX

“I've always wanted to help children, but that's not the path I took in college, and so I didn't think it was really going to apply to me,” Sara said. “But here I found that I can help children through supporting the staff that work here.”

For over nine years, Sara has been a steady, behind-the-scenes presence supporting Chaddock’s mission through her role in Information Technology (IT). Her work touches nearly every corner of the organization, from staff communication, to securing systems, to the daily tools that keep programs running. Sara’s influence is embedded in the infrastructure that allows care to happen, and our mission to grow.

Thank you for your work, Sara!
