PBS' Illinois Stories will be featuring Quincy Chapter member Dennis Ozment Thursday, June 28, 7:30 PM; Friday, June 29, 6:30 PM; and Wednesday, July 4, 6:30 PM.
He owns the first Cessna 172 & won a Grand Champion Award last year at OshKosh with it.
Depending on your location, it will be on either WSEC, WMEC or WQEC(Springfield, Macomb, Quincy areas). You can also view it on Youtube anytime after 8pm Thursday June 28th

No Father's Day Flight Breakfast this year. Unfortunately due to current circumstances with the club we will not be able to hold the Father's Day Flight Breakfast this year. The airport cafe will be open though.

Father's Day breakfast gets people interested in aviation The local Experimental Aircraft Association held its annual Father's Day fly-in/drive-in breakfast on Sunday. Families could enjoy pancakes and sausage, and youth ages 8 through 17 could fly in an airplane, free of charge.

We had a great Father's Day fly-in! Thanks to all our volunteers, fly-in pilots and all who attended today.
Nearly 400 breakfasts served, 35 visiting planes and 22 Young Eagles got their first airplane ride. Happy Father's Day 2016!
