Welcome Everyone! My name is Gregory Daniel. I am a Massachusetts native who grew up and resides in the Greater Boston area. I'm an alumni of UMass Boston with a BA in Psychology🎓. I love my New England Patriots, and sports in general. I embrace ALL cultures and enjoy learning about different ways of life.

I'm a people person who is very passionate about Real Estate🏡; especially considering how surprisingly rewarding it can be. Watching a young couple embark on their new lives together in their new home, or a first-time home buyer receiving the keys🗝️ to their own house and plot of land, or helping someone sell their old home 🏚️ and proceed to buy a bigger and better home; 🏠 I find it to be very satisfying.

I feed off the energy of others, so in many ways I live vicariously through my clients. I feel their joy and optimism of beginning the search for a new home. I feel the anxiety and impatience of my clients when making an offer and awaiting a reply. I feel their disappointment and frustration when their offer is rejected. But, most of all, I feel the euphoria and excitement of my clients when they finally purchase their Dream House.🥳🙌
