This past weekend was tough. I was ready for a dog fight and it ended up being everything but that. Life has a funny way of not giving a f**k what you have planned and giving you the complete opposite. I know I’m better than what I was able to show this fight.

I wish I could say I know what’s next. I still have plenty of fight left in me. Maybe I get cut, maybe I don’t. Either way, I’ll take it in stride and find my way back. Winning is more than just the outcome of a fight, it’s a way of life.

This game we play is a cruel bitch. It will chew you up and spit you out faster than you can imagine. It will leave you with a broken body, spirit, and bank account. We sacrifice these things for our 5 minutes of glory when we get our hands raised, yet we continue to play the game.

It seemed like challenge after challenge throughout the pregnancy, so it is even more amazing to have two perfectly healthy girls ❤️

did an amazing job in the delivery room. 54 minutes from first push to delivery of the second baby. Sophia made her appearance at 4:04 am weighing in at 5 pounds even. Madeline was not far behind, coming into the world at 4:17 am weighing 4 pounds 10 ounces.
