ly support (Specially from his father). At the age of 7 he performed on B.TV (Live) & also started to sing in many live shows in Bangladesh. At the age of 13/14, he became more interested on modern, pop, rock & other genre, then he started to research on different instruments, music culture etc. Because of his father's interests Rajib joined "Shor O Bani Shangitaloy" musical school to learn tabla from "Kishwar Narayan Sreshtha" & for his own interest he also joined to learn acoustic guitar from Suman (who was a keyboardist of a band called- Chime) but as Rajib's family planned to move to USA, he couldn't continue his classes there more then 2/3 months. After he moved to USA with his Family in 1996, he kept researching on his musical quest. On that time period he was a vocalist/guitarist of a local band called “Nervous” in NY, USA, and became a bassist of an another band called “Marks” in 1997, also a guitarist & side vocal with a solo artist/keyboardist named “Suman” (Who was a X-keyboardist of a band “Chime”). Beside those two bands & solo artist, Rajib used to play keyboard, write & compose his own songs. Year 1998, he named & formed a band, called- “WARFARE” & he was the main vocal & lead guitarist of that band. That time he was also involved with few other bands/groups as a guest artist & used to do lots of live shows, either as a solo artist or with his band “Warfare" or to feature others. Rajib was a guitar & keyboard instructor/teacher of a Bangladeshi Musical School, called- BCA (Bangladesh Cultural Academy) in (NY) USA, between the year of 1998-2001. Year 1999, he first worked on a Mixed Album, called- “MAYA” as a lyricist, composer, singer & a guitarist. That was the very first Bangladeshi group mixed project from USA & for the success of “MAYA”, on 2000, they did the second mixed Album, called- “MAYA-II”. As a lyricist & music composer, on 2003 he worked with couple of solo artists on their solo album. On 2004, he officially setup his Recording Studio called- “WARFARE” Recording Studio, which is also known as Rajib Rahman Production (Double “R” Production). Year 2005, he was involved with few mixed Album, like- “Re/Evolution” as a singer, lyricist, music composer. “Nikosh Adhar” was the song that he sang, wrote, tuned & composed, also many lyrics were written by him on that album. Also “Proborton” was another Mixed Album, where he had one of his band’s (Warfare) song, called “Mithther Prohoshon”. On 2006, he worked with a Hip-Hop Group called “Stoic Bliss”, as a music composer & producer. The title of that album was “Light Years Ahead”, “Alok Borsho Dure”. Then on a mixed album, called “Variation #25 & 25.2”, he had two of his solo song that he sang & wrote, called “Nitol Paye” & “Oshoni Shongket”, also few of those lyrics from that mixed album was written by him as well. Same year, he released another Hip-Hop album, called “Disciples”, he worked as their music director, composer & producer. The album title was “Harano Podochchap”. Year 2007, he released his first official Band album “WARFARE”, (the album title was “Khelaghor”). All lyrics, Tune, Vocal & Keyboard was by him. Then he worked on an album called Sumon “O” Orthohin-2, album title was "Boka Manushta" & “NIR” was one of the track that he wrote, composed & did the Music for that album. Then again worked as a music director, composer & producer, with another Hip-Hop group, called “DVS”, the album title was “Oparer Kolorob”. After few months later he released the second Album of “Stoic Bliss”, the album title was “Kolponar Baire”. All the music on that album was played & composed by him as well. As a music director & composer, he worked on an American & Bangladeshi film in USA, Called “Healing Life” (Khondo Jibon). On 2008, as a solo artist he worked with a mixed album, called “Priotomesu”. “Khoniker Jonno” was one of the track that he sang, wrote, tuned, composed & produced on that album. Then he worked with a Hip-Hop group called “Impact”, as their music director, composer & producer. Then after that another Hip-Hop group called “Cosmics”. He then worked on couple of tracks for a solo artist named Popy for her solo album. Also he worked with a mixed album, called “Punor-Jonmo”, in which he worked as a music composer & producer as well. At the end of 2008, he composed & released a Hip-Hop mixed album, called “Double R On The Beat”, where all those Hip-Hop Groups were involve, including- “Stoic Bliss”, “Disciples”, “DVS”, “Impact”, “Sinister” etc. He then worked with a film director Giash uddin Selim for his Award Winning tele-film “Monpura”, where he created the back ground score for. On 2009, he released his first Solo Album called “Mon Bhabe Tare”, along with many other songs on that album, he composed & produced 2nd version of two of his hit songs "Nitol Paye” & "Nikosh Adhar". Then he released a mixed album called “Adho Megh”, where many genre was presented by 10 different artists. These two albums made a sensational impact in BD music industry, which has inspired him to do more. On those two albums all lyrics, tune, arrangement, music composed & produced was by him. Year 2010, he released one of his shelved up mixed Album called “Bohudure”, most lyrics, tune & music composed was by him. Then as a lyricist, composer & singer, he also was involved with a Mixed album called “Zahid’s Scene Create”, where he had two of his songs "Ekbar Dekhona” & “Shukhi Hou Tumi”. Right after that he released a Hip-Hop Album called “Impact, Part-2”. All music were arranged, composed & produced by him. On 2011, he released another Hip-Hop album called “Disciples” Reloaded. All music was composed & produced by him as well. He continued doing live shows all over USA & Bangladesh, as he always loved performing live. Year 2012, 1 of his shelved up project was released called Shoma Rahman “Shopney Dekha”. All tune, arrangement, music composed & produced was by him, most of the lyrics was by him as well. He also remake couple of tracks for a legendary solo artist, Dilruba Khan for her solo album. Then he came out with 1 of his mixed album, called- Rajib Rahman featuring friends, the album title was “Bhalobasha joto Ache”, where he featured 10 different artists with many different genre. Lyrics, tune, arrangement, music composed & produced was by him. Right after that he released a VCD album with 10 old & new songs of his featuring others with Music Videos & that Video album called- Rajib Rahman featuring friends “Bhalobasha joto Ache”. All the lyrics, tune & music was by him. Soon after that he released another shelved up project, called Still Konfuzed. “Network-er Bahire” was the title, music was by him. On 2013, he released a mixed album called “Rajib Rahman Mix” where he featured several artists from different genre. Lyrics, tune, music composed & produced was by him. Year 2014 he did couple of jingles & theme songs for couple of TV channels. Also wrote, composed & produced couple of tracks for a solo album called Finally "Beauty". Year 2015 he wrote, composed & produced couple of tracks for another solo album called Shoma Rahman. End of 2016, he started working on one of his project with many different artists from USA & Bangladesh & on 2019, he released couple of Audio/Video tracks individually from that project of his, through "Rajib Rahman Production".
