Popping in to say hiii!!

For those of you who don’t know me, or my story, let me tell you a little bit! My name is Alyssa and I started my clothing brand in June 2020! At the time I was about three months into unemployment, job searching, and feeling deflated.

Like most people, quarantine was taking over my sanity. So I began experimenting with tie-dye. I had no intention of selling anything but after getting such an overwhelming amount of positive feedback on Instagram, I decided to post four tiedye Sweatsuits for sale on my Instagram story (swipe to see the sets that started it all). From there, took off like a wild storm. Within a couple short weeks, I was swimming in orders and working around the clock to get these sweatsuits out the door.

After a year of managing thousands of orders through DM‘s, I decided to open a website! I’ve since had the pleasure of working with so many incredibly talented individuals. From photographers to models, manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, dye specialists, graphic designers, print makers… the world around me began to swell with humans from around the globe.

I’ve since taken a lil step back from working full time on Alwaysbe because I ended moving TWICE and hasn’t had access to a studio anymore but Alwaysbe is still alive and well.

For the time being, I’ve been focusing on bridal orders and group orders because that’s just what I can manage right now but I’m going to be doing a spring drop in the next couple weeks! Stay tuned for the journey to continue unfolding.

I love you all, I think of you often and incase no one told you yet today, you’ll Alwaysbe my favorite humans.

Your potential is limitless. Everything doesn’t have to make sense. Just as long as you don’t stop moving… that’s the most important thing. It’s OK to slow down but never stop pursuing what sets your soul on fire. We all hit rough patches and that’s to be expected but when life gets you down you know what you gotta do? Just keep swimming.

Two years ago my uncle asked me what my end goal was with Alwaysbe and what I want to ultimately do with my life. I told him, “I honestly don’t know.. I’m still figuring it all out. I just know this is where I’m supposed to be”.

His response “That’s just fine. I’m 65 and I still don’t know what I want to do with my life”.
(He’s a federal court Judge) 😂

It always brings me so much peace to reflect on this small encounter and think about how hard he worked to get into the position he’s in today. Yet it’s still not the end result for him.

We will works in progress and there’s comfort in recognizing that ❤️

Let’s talk about recycled materials for a sec.

In the past 2 years of Alwaysbe’s existence we’ve collected MOUNDS of excess fabrics. Normally big corporations would make little to no efforts to reuse scrap fabrics in this situation but not us! Alwaysbe is beginning to explore creations made from these scraps and we CANNOT wait to begin sharing them with you! Give us some ideas on things you’d like to see!!
