Pricing can depend on:

• All installations are done by a licensed journeyman electrician
• Ceiling height / ladder setup / access
• Whether the existing box is fan-rated and safe to support a fan
• Fan assembly required before install
• Remote control or wall switch setup
• Light kit wiring / added features
• Removal and disposal of the old fan or light

Sometimes it’s quick and straightforward. Sometimes it takes more time and materials than what you might expect.

When you hire us, you’re paying for safe installation, skilled labor, and getting it done right the first time.
