Tacos are best any day of the week but, they seem just a smidge better on a Tuesday!! Tonight I would say is a success!!

Is breakfast too early for Tacos? For today’s breakfast I served up some bacon and egg Tacos! I was craving that breakfast burrito my mom would make! You know waking up to the smell of breakfast cooking in the morning when you were a kid!?!?! Today I just couldn’t help myself! It’s about dat life! Taco Life!
What’s cool about these taco is A little tip I learned from the great Julia Childs was to add a little real butter when the eggs are about half done.... This helps to keep the eggs moist! Cause nobody likes to eat dry eggs! Especially a taco that isn’t moist! So add a little butter and enjoy the flavor! I topped it off with a little Cholula and went to town!
Your mouth should be drooling right about now!
