Our busy, client-focused accounting office needs a reliable, well-organized administrative staff to handle day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management. In this position, you will play a key role in all administrative functions of our business, including greeting clients, answering phones, coordinating appointments and meetings, correspondence, copying, mail, and additional duties.

Qualifications:
• Excellent administrative and organization skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills; exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Someone approachable and professional personality
• A high level of discretion and confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to work with little or no supervision
• Demonstrate initiative, flexibility, teamwork, and anticipate/resolve problems before they escalate
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and assist multiple team members and/or clients at the same time
• Comfort with a fast-paced environment
