This client had a vision that took a decade to put together. We added a 2nd story to this home in 2016. Ten years later, we added 650 more square feet to complete the dream!
Not only did the client get an updated modern and elegant final product, he also got a substantial return on investment! ~$400/sqft building cost.... Nearly $800/sqft current sale price.

Ayous wood siding. This install came out beautiful! There is still a ways to go to finish the interior.

It's always fun to build with a view! We rebuilt this clients lower deck a few years ago and he called us back to refresh the upper deck with matching Timber tech decking and rails.
