Coach Knowles attended the InspireOK professional development today, and it was an incredible day of learning, collaboration, and inspiration!

Keynote speaker, Dr. Chris Culver, shared his powerful personal story and his mission to spread kindness, reminding us of the impact we can have on others each day.

Knowles attended several outstanding breakout sessions, including Effective Grant Writing, Belonging Before Behavior, Move and Groove to Improve – Tier 2 Interventions, and Meaningful PE Matters. Each session provided valuable ideas and strategies that she's excited to bring back to her students and staff.

She especially enjoyed connecting with fellow HSOK coordinator and Teacher of the Year (Tulsa Public Schools), Keely Flynn as well as OSDE's physical education project manager, Shana Classen.
