We are Coastal Behavioral Healthcare - providing affordable behavioral healthcare for over 40 years.
For those of you who have not been informed,
Compass Center has closed. This page has been left active for former residents and employees to converse and have access to any pictures should they choose.

This month’s Tuesdays Toward Tomorrow guest was Officer Lejarzar from Florida Fish and Wildlife. He spoke with our kids about finding fun activities to do other than drugs, while presenting and informative PowerPoint. He was eager to answer any questions and even brought a turtle shell 🐢
Special thanks to David Smith and the Punta Gorda Rotary Club for accepting our grant application to build picnic tables as part of a vocational group with our kids!! We are so grateful for the opportunity to help our kids learn some basic vocational, team building, and life skills through projects like these.

On behalf of Charlotte Community Foundation, I wanted to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to the hard working Compass staff and clients, who volunteered at the Foundation last week.
Everyone’s efforts were greatly appreciated and extremely impactful to the overall look of the Foundation’s courtyard. It is not often our campus echoes with young laugher and it was refreshing to have everyone’s spirit, energy and grit on site. We enjoyed meeting everyone from your organization and look forward to the next opportunity for us to all work together again soon. We hope this mini-project sparked some future interests in gardening and horticulture (and maybe even philanthropy) in your clients.
