New infant botulism outbreak linked to infant formula.
If your infant was fed Nara Organics infant formula and has any of these symptoms, seek health care immediately: poor feeding, loss of head control, difficulty swallowing, decreased facial expression. Starting July 1, children and pregnant or postpartum women will no longer have MCNA Dental or Premier Access as their dental plan.

All Medicaid members will now need to go to a dentist on the Medicaid dental provider list. Dental benefits will not change.
