We love working in Downtown Provo. It’s a delight to work in the heart of a historic downtown every day.
Over the past few years, we've had the opportunity to explore, create, and elevate some of the exciting spaces that make up downtown Provo!

This is a 20,000 SQFT building with 6 units (one of which is Civil Solutions Group HQ!)
It's been a pleasure bringing this vision to life, and we're grateful for a client relationship that will continue to grow. Looking forward to see how this turns out and what we build next together!

Back to the Future, or Days of Future Past?
Either way, we’re living in it.
As a small firm, being up-to-date with tech is essential for our success. We love
how far the industry has come, and how it lets us run faster than ever before.
Some of the tech in our toolbox we’ve been loving:
● Revit: Our BIM backbone for precise construction - we couldn’t imagine the
design process without it.
● Aerro: Our one stop shop for task, time, and project management,
scheduling, staffing, and more, built by our own Thomas Shorts.

● Matterport: 3D scanning that allows us to digitally capture a site during any
phase of construction.
● DJI Drones: Getting us the best aerial views for site planning, as well as 3D
scanning exteriors to aid in 3D digital recreation.
● Claude: A powerful new tool that is completely reshaping workflows and
keeping our day-to-day tasks focused, organized, and quicker than ever.
Less repetition, more creation. Thanks to quick innovation, architecture becomes a
more personal process every day, and we’re here for it.

Employee Highlight!
Big news! After a couple of years away, Van Rasmussen is officially back with the Knighton team!
We're stoked to have Van return as an Architectural Design Intern, bringing his skills and personality back to the design team.
On top of jumping back into our team, Van will also be starting at Utah Valley University (UVU) in the fall, pursuing a Bachelor of Architecture. We are excited to cheer him on as he tackles school and work.
We’re excited to have him back. Welcome home, Van!

Here is a quick PROJECT HIGHLIGHT! 🚧 We are thrilled to announce that our latest multifamily complex, 'Enclave', has officially received permits and is ready to break ground! 🎉 This milestone marks a significant step forward in bringing this exciting project to life. We are excited to see the transformation of this site into the community of Mesquite NV, and we can't wait to share the progress with you. Stay tuned for construction updates! 💥
Happy Pioneer Day!
In remembrance of the pioneers who settled in Salt Lake City, we are excited to share that the 5th Ward Chapel building in Salt Lake City has been approved a permit for construction. For the last 115 years, the 5th Ward Chapel building has been through a lot, and we are excited to see what comes next!
