How adorable is this! We loved our white Beddy’s but when the side came apart while washing they were quick to send us a gift card to get a new one. And let’s just say the Vintage pink is even more adorable!

What I love the most about Beddy’s is that my almost 3 year old can make her own bed and it looks great every time.🙌🏻

Happy fall y’all! I’m a pretty minimal seasonal decor type person. But with all our decor being packed away for the past two years(moving/building/moving) is making me want to fill our whole house with pumpkins!

Also the mirror, entry table and wreaths were all diy! I’ll get to sharing how to soon!

My nieces(with their mom and dads approval) let me makeover their room this past week! And it turned out SO CUTE! We’re still finishing up some details but I love it when what I see in my head for a room comes to life.

Also slight confession, I love a mess to organize! (Ms Kondo and I should be bffs😂) I even have a song I sing to my girls about cleaning ! There’s just something thrilling about figuring out a place for things. And don’t kids rooms tend to end up a black hole of toys and clothes!?

It’s crazy to think that a year ago we had just begun the process of our home. Then so much life happened in between so this little space got neglected. But I’ll be back sharing more design tips and getting back to some DIYs.

I appreciate those who liked my past projects and continue to follow me. It truly means a lot.

I love this comparison shot. It’s always amazing to me to see the drawings on paper come to life. I’ll be sharing more of our process of building and some big projects we have planned for this year.

Before & After: 80's Condo Gets a Redo I love a good before and after of a project. That's probably my favorite part of being a designer, finishing the home. I love seeing the ideas...

This downtown condo is now market ready! I wish I had before photos to show the black vinyl(once cream) in the bathroom, plus the nasty 70's light fixtures. Such a great time working with Ultra Remodeling!

Wrapped up this bathroom yesterday. So many times clients think designers only do large and costly projects, but this one was completed on a relatively small budget. One example of how I was able to maximized the budget was by adding the mosaic around the vanity vs using granite. Install and product cost of the mosaic was nearly half of what it would cost to have a 4'" of granite! No matter the size of project it pays to have a designer!

Choosing paint is the #1 question I get and now there's an app for it! Check out this fun app that lets you see what color will look best.
