Still here grinding. Being real.
Sometimes I think that because I don't have shuch dramatic changes month over month after losing 120 lbs with and that none needs or wants updates from me.
But I'm reminded by those two fantastic coaches and mentors that this journey is about Becoming, and that's a process of every day.
And BuckedUp fuels ALL my progress. BAMF, Pumpocaplyse, Racked BCAAs, BuckFeed protein, All Bulk No Bloat, Glutamine.
I choose BU for 100% of my supplementation!
Life can be hard, but it is also simple. Yes. No. On. Off. Towards the goal. Away from it.
One choice at a time.
Start. Keep going. Don't stop.

Accountability time!
Starting weight 309 lbs, 44% body fat.
Jan ‘23
186 lbs, 14% body fat.
I had lots of excuses for a long time, but I couldn’t hear them.
I can’t be healthy because I don’t have a personal chef or personal trainers!
But that didn’t have anything to do with me eating donuts every day.
It didn’t have anything to do with the hours and hours of Netflix and TikTok.
It didn’t have anything to do with the terrible way I let myself talk to myself.
The human mind is the greatest creative power in the universe.
Stop letting it run wild - harness it and create the universe you want for yourself.
Health is an infinite game. Just keep playing. That’s how you win that one.
Let’s go 2023! Let’s see what you’ve got!

When your posing coach is also your wifey and also the person in charge of your instagram….
Saturday mornings I let myself sleep in until 6!
But then back at the gym at 630 because I’ve got places to go in this life and I’ve wasted enough time already.
You only have one life and one body. Use them wisely. Proactively choosing and creating. Not reacting and wasting.
“Thoughts proceed behavior, behavior precedes outcome, and outcome becomes destiny.
So if you can think successful genuinely, then you’re going to act successful. And if you act successfully you’re going to produce a level of success.
And then that becomes who we are.”
