Creative friends in Utah, reach out if you have need for studio space. At Studebaker Studios in Downtown Provo, we are currently opening up a couple memberships to allow a production company, photographer, or video creator to store their gear and lock down studio hours at a discounted rate with us. By joining our small collective you will have the studio time you need at a much better rate than renting time with individual contracts. Profile: 1 female & 1 male in their early-mid 30's to act like a couple enjoying a home game & ice cream night with friends.
Date: Nov 21, approx. 2-8pm
Location: model home in Sandy, UT
Pay: approx. $500 (negotiable, as hours aren't completely set, but roughly $100/hr for 4-6) Payment includes usage rights.

The studio was built with sound proofing in mind. We have a large sound door blocking the street noise. The walls and doors are treated for sound, with sound blankets on the walls. We do share a north wall with the Bright Building event space, and dance music can come through that north wall a bit, and complicate recording. This is usually for a couple hours on Friday and Saturday nights, so it often isn’t an issue with most client.

We do our best to help audio projects line up with a schedule that works around these noisier hours when they do overlap with events next door. Feel free to ask us for more info on this if you are concerned about audio with your production.

Our studio is a great space for portraits, but big enough to accomodate large photo productions, including car shoots. The large garage door allows for cars or even oversized equipment vans.

Studebaker Studios is a Film and Photo Studio that can be rented by the day, hour or week. We are located in the heart of downtown Provo in the Bright Building.

The studio dimensions are about 40’ W x 60’ L X 16’ H. We have a c*clorama wall that is about 34’x 20’. We keep the c*c wall painted white most of the time, but we have painted it out (for an extra fee) as a green screen or other specific colors for clients in the past.

We have a Green Room + Kitchen space connected to the studio that is good for hair & makeup or kraft services. The studio is treated for sound we have sound doors and sound blankets hung up along the walls. We also have ladders and a scissor lift that are available for set up purposes. We have a 200amp breaker dedicated solely to the studio.

Power is distributed across the walls and the ceiling in outlets. Most of the outlets have their own dedicated circuits. We also have hookups for a distribution box. The studio has a lighting grid in the ceiling and a large garage door with a ramp leading up to it for easy access and loading/unloading of gear, backgrounds, props, etc.
