I first got on the internet in 2008 to share my inspiration. Then it was in stories for years. I stopped for awhile, but now I’m going to start sharing again. These are all images that make my heart beat faster.

May brought the end of the school year and a blast into summer. We just got back from California and mama already needs a vacation (from her problems, as What About Bob would say). But dreams came true.

1. The Magic Kingdom
2. disneyland is basically like bleeding out money
3. If you follow along on stories you already saw the raccoon debacle. I caught this guy twice!
4. Almost done with the wallpaper in the stairwell
5. Use my new tablecloth with my great-grandmother’s dinnerware.
6. Never thought this would be me!
7. My friend is a genius and I finally get to pour into her book, Mouse Town with my boys. She sent us a craft box, which kept them busy for days!
8. Spreading the gospel about tin embossing.
9. My sister and her fam!
10. Found an oasis in California that kept us busy for most of the trip.
11. I’m getting old.
12. For as long as he’ll let me!
13. Sweetest little buds
14. This was my favorite ride when I was their age.
15. Coming along!
16. Always at !
17. Baby Beach in Dana Point
18. Snuggling on top of two little bodies
19. Family room redo
20. No on the Box Elder Data Center!

How was your May?!?!?

Tuesday Try-On is serving up three summer dresses, all under $50, and honestly...how am I supposed to choose?

🌼 Dress #1: A flower-embroidered sundress that feels like it belongs in a field of wildflowers with a basket of strawberries.

🌸 Dress #2: A floral print number that is giving garden party, farmer’s market, and “yes, I did wake up looking this cheerful.”

💚 Dress #3: A bright grass green dress that practically glows. If summer had an official color, I think this might be it.

The best part? Every single one is under $50, which means you can look like a million bucks while spending significantly less.

Which one gets your vote: 🌼, 🌸, or 💚? Comment DRESSES for the links to shop!

Tuesday Try On but make it a summer personality test ☀️
1. Green striped dress for pretending you summer in the south of France.
2. Business up top, Victorian picnic maiden at the bottom. Honestly? She contains multitudes.
3. The blue chambray dress that shocked me with how good it is and how good the price is (under $40!). Paired with the cutest green shoes that make me feel like I have my life together for exactly 12 minutes.
Which one are you stealing from my closet first?

Tuesday Try-On: summer dress edition ☀️

Today’s lineup:

A dreamy, flowy number that makes you want to twirl through a farmers market with an iced drink in hand.
A blue-and-white striped dress with a tailored fit and belted sash that says, “Yes, I do have my life together,” even if I absolutely do not.

AND somehow both are under $50 which feels medically impossible these days.

One is breezy artist-on-holiday energy, the other is coastal grandmother goes to a meeting. Naturally, I want both personalities at all times.

Which one are you picking?? Comment DRESSES to shop both!
