The tour will last from 5-9 pm and we will stop for dinner!
Part 1 will cover North Provo between BYU and the Riverwoods. This will be a longer ride to cover as many bike shortcuts as possible. Route maps will be provided, so don’t worry if you can’t join for the entire duration!

Honor cyclists who have been injured or killed on public roads. We will ride quietly and slowly to raise awareness about the importance of sharing the road and improving safety for cyclists.

Paul Ream Wilderness Park
Join the Provo Mayor’s Family Ride as part of the regional Golden Spoke event. This is a relaxed, family-friendly group ride along one of Provo’s best multi-use paths.
The ride will begin at Paul Ream Park at 10:00 AM and head west along the Provo River Trail toward the Provo River Delta Observation Tower, completing a counter-clockwise loop before returning to the park. The total distance is approximately 7.5 miles.
No registration is required. Just show up ready to ride. This is a great opportunity for riders of all ages and abilities to participate in Golden Spoke in a low-stress, community-oriented setting.
Bring water, helmets for all riders, and plan for a fun, social ride.

Bike Work (or Anywhere) Day is here! If you’ve been looking for a good reason to park your car and take your bike to work - this is it! Provo businesses will host breakfast stations located throughout the city and hand out free food, drinks, and other treats to people who arrive by bike. Pick up some breakfast, get to know your fellow commuters, have your bike looked at by a pro mechanic, and connect with our BikeWalk Provo team!
