An uphill lot changes the way a home is approached.
For this home, expansive glass, natural materials, and view-driven spaces all work together to make the site feel like part of the design. The result is a mountain modern retreat that feels grounded, open, and connected to the landscape around it.

One more day until Parade of Homes begins.
This spec home is a reminder that thoughtful design matters, even before a specific homeowner is attached. With the right floor plan, proportions, and details in place, a home can feel elevated, livable, and ready for the way people actually want to live.

Two days until Parade of Homes begins.
This home is the result of a team we always love collaborating with: architecture, interiors, and construction working together from the beginning. Every detail is coming together for a home that feels beautiful, clear, and deeply livable for the family behind it.
Come see it during this year’s Parade of Homes.

A spec home still needs a point of view.
For this Lindon parade home, the goal was to create something that could connect with the right buyer while still feeling bold, memorable, and creative. From the Greek-inspired design direction to the arches, curves, and slat wall details, this home has personality in all the right places.

Mountain homes need to work with the site, not fight it. For this ski-on, ski-off home in Heber, the slope, access, views, and height restrictions all shaped the design from the beginning.
The goal was not just a beautiful mountain home, but one that feels natural to the land around it.

Formal details do not have to make a home feel overly complicated. In this home, tall ceilings, simple shapes, elegant trim, and a grand hallway create structure and presence while still feeling calm.
The strongest designs often come from knowing where to add detail and where to let the architecture breathe.

A sport court can be more than a place to play.
For this home, the lower level was designed as a true family hangout, with a rock climbing wall, golf simulator, gym overlook, and loft space nearby. It gives everyone a place to be together without letting the sport court take over the main living areas.

A well-designed backyard should feel like a natural extension of the home, not an afterthought.
For this home, the pool sits at the heart of the outdoor experience, creating a central gathering point that feels calm, connected, and easy to enjoy. The result is a backyard that adds both beauty and livability to the home as a whole.
