Day 52 post surgery ⠀
Day 1 physical therapy (for my hip — not yet for my foot).⠀
⠀
I don’t know what my future of running looks like. Right now I just want to be able to walk without pain.⠀
⠀
This injury really was hard — I’ve come back from full ACL replacement surgeries in both and knees.. but all the metal in my foot and the slow recovery this time has been really discouraging. ⠀
⠀
I think of and and my sister , and I think “I can’t complain!” They’ve been through so much and fought back through so much.⠀
⠀
So, thank you to you who fight to stay active and not let what you can’t do prevent you from doing what you CAN do.⠀
⠀
You inspire me. 💗⠀
⠀
And … I’m going to keep moving forward with my health and fitness goals.
⠀
Committing again, today, to daily exercise, daily movement — even if looks different than it did in the past.⠀

There are gifts in the challenges! I’m going to find them! 💗⠀

14 miles on a treadmill at 1 am the last day of the month, but, I. DID. IT! — 100 miles for June ☑️

That thing you wish you had or were or could do? — It’s yours to create or bring into your life! ⠀

Think about the things in your life that have “Ifs” attached. If only this had taken place. If only I had had this opportunity, then I would do that, get that, be that . If only I had had this opportunity, then that would be so much easier. And so on.⠀

Step out of the space of “Ifs”!!!!⠀

No more Ifs.⠀

We have the power to create the opportunities. ⠀

Do one thing today to create or bring the opportunity you want in to your life! — even if it’s just 5 minutes. Spend 5 minutes doing that thing! Step by step you will get there!⠀
